This much I do know. Any work done on the "restoration of Grave Creek"
has been on the lower end. On private land. Maybe it helps to serve on the board. Those of us on the upper end of the creek dont really plan on living long enough to have to deal with anything.
We were told there is no liability if stuff goes south. So - why take that risk?
It isnt all about the "fishes". To many hugh groups are involved in this.
I vote - its about taking control of the waterways. controling water front property and eventually water rights of land owners.
